Common terrace repair issue in Co-operative society

Hello Sir, my name is Krunal Patel. I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I stay on top (4th) floor, and above our residence is a common terrace. ours is a co-operative housing society located in Ahmedabad (Gujarat). The building is more than 20 yrs old and more than last 3-4 yrs no repair works have been undertaken. condition of the building is ok not good. beams and colums are also weak. apart from this more than last 2-3 yrs, Flats Members is not giving any amt for terrace repairs. we have a water leakage problem in my house through the terrace. As per all member, it is my personal problem so you have to repair the terrace we are not contributing a single penny for that. Same time they all are the plan to repair parking area and other flat maintenance. same time they all decide they took some amount (nearly 700 to 1000rs.) every month from all the member and me also. But they are not ready to support for terrace part. sir, if the terrace is a common property of all the member. So can you guide, terrace repair is my responsibility or all the members? Can you tell me is there is any close in co-operative society? can we oppose for monthly maintenance amount to the flat chairman to other building repair funds? Can we take any legal action for this?
