Delay in possession

Hi, I had booked a flat in Supertech's Gurgaon project in 2015. It was under subvention scheme. Terms were - flat possession will be given in 36 months and in case of any delay the pre-emi (interest of EMI) will be paid by the builder. After 3 years of subvention period my EMI started in early 2018. I continued to get pre-emi part from Supertech till September'18 post which builder gave the excuse that they have limited funds and want to use them to complete projects. Whatever pre-emi they were supposed to pay till the time of possession they will adjust at the time of possession. Post all this in January'19 we got a communication from builder that they are putting my project on hold and are going to focus on other projects and gave me an option of shifting to some other project of theirs, possession of which would be earlier. In such a scenario they offered me another project which is actually 35 lacs higher than the earlier one saying this will also be under subvention and you will not be required to pay any EMI till possession. I agreed thinking i would not have to pay both rent and EMI. Under subvention it is builder's responsibility to arrange loan through a bank but till this month they could not do that. Now they have told me that subvention schemes no longer exist. The paper that i had signed for new property in Jan'19 clearly states that it would be under Subvention. In current situation I'm stuck with no subvention scheme and am forced to pay complete EMI on my own without any support from the builder. Please suggest what options do I have. What should I do to get out of this.
