Licensee refuses to accept notice of termination

Our licensee has paid the license fee after due date for 4 months in a row. The payment is delayed by anywhere from 2 days to 32 days. The license agreement clearly states that the fes for the month should be paid in the first 5 days of that month. At the time of signing the agreement he offered to setup a recurring account transfer from his bank to ours instead of providing post dated checks. He hasn't done the same. We have to remind him every month but the behavior hasn't changed. So we issued a notice for termination of agreement as per the clause in the agreement. The termination was sent via 3mail, WhatsApp and registered AD. The receipt is acknowledged via WhatsApp with the reply that he is not accepting the notice and the delay in payment of fees is not really a delay if paid within a random number of days. He has also responded that he intends to stay his full term to recover his costs. In addition, he has not paid the parking fees or electricity bill either for several months citing that the bill is too high. We have several questions. He has himself invited 1. Does the non acceptance of termination have any weight/consequence. 2. What actions can we take if he does not vacate the premises after the termination is effective?
