Property registration

Hi Respected Lawyers , Pls suggest i reside in a property along with my parents which was purchased in South Delhi Muncipal Corporation by my grandparents. Om there demise without a will, the property was divided amongst there 5 children (4 sons say A, B, C and D and 1 daughter say E) . My father is say A and each of the brothers now reside in the 4 storey property (1 floor each). there are two relinquishment deed which are made , 1) B,C,D have relinquished there right on the floor where A resides. 2) The daughter E relinquishes her right on the property with 2 conditions - a) she has the first right to buy the property b) in case she refuses to exercise the right , she is entitled to 20% of sale proceeds. The problem is now that A has two sons and me and my brother and I would like to reside in this floor and give half the share of the floor to my brother in kind. what paperwork should i do to ensure that the property is completely transferred in my name and would E have the rights to the property even if the property is registered in my name now.
