Seller not getting property registered in name of buyer

I made Diverted land purchase agreement on stamp paper on 500Rs. for procuring the land, Also paid full consideration same is been written on agreement that too with signature of evidences. Buyer requested to provide time limit of 12 months for making property registration in my name, But with constant follow-ups in regards to either return payment with interest or get property registered in my name, he is declining both. I have already filled case against him for specific performance, and court had also provided stay on property. Want to know that am I doing positive proceedings In case?, what special action are needed to be donr from my side to strong my side, As regularly i need to travel 150km to appear for hearing date and already 3 yrs are passed. Current situation of case. 1. My side byaans are recorded. 2. My side evidence byanas are recorded 3. Defendant advocate is from last three hearing requesting date extension. 4. Defendant advocate raises nonsense issue every time and been fined more than Rs 10000, as of irregularity in proceeding Am very much suffered, as my all savings are deployed in procuring that property. All hearing are costing me my blood and sweat savings. Please help as I am suffering very bad.
