Unregistered open plot society

My father and two partners purchased NA LAND from the landlord in 1980 original owner did procedure for NON AGRICULTURE from AGRI LAND and plan of the society was approved.out of whole land original owner sold rest of the land keeping 3 plots with him.( the approved plan has total 28 plots and a common plot) one of them was made chief promoter of the "proposed society" two to three meetings of the members were held in third meeting 10 members decided not to go ahead with forming the society and decided to sell the plots to individuals without registering or forming legal entitled society so my father sold the plots to individuals with registered dastawej in the sell deed to plot owners there was no mention of rights of plot owners in the common plot. my father was paying revenue land taxes of the internal roads and the common plot in 1990 my father sold plot adjacent to commonplot along with commonplot land in a single dastawej on my mother's name and entries were entered in city survey records in 1993 the commonplot area was sold by mother to three parties and their city survey entries were also made. now the few residents of the society approached court for want of their rights in common plot which was denied by court but court held the disputed land as common plot . moreover court held that as the society was not registered all the sell deeds to the individuals are null and void. now collector took suomoto for revision of entries in the city survey records for the disputed land. in this plot adjacent to the common plot is also in question now the question is.. is it possible to have seperate entry for the plot on name of my mother? how to pursue offensive defence?
