Can I approach RERA for delay in possession after registry if builder is underCorporate Insolvency

Hi Sir, My query is related to a flat in Noida for which I got the Offer Of Possession (OOP)after 9 years and the builder Is under CIRP and case is till in NCLT /NCLAT /SC. The issues for which I seek guidance on whether I can approach RERA for some relief as my unit registration is done and is partially (or fully) out of IRP process. 1)Before issuing OOP,the super area was increased without any change in carpet area.Justbfor your information,as per the builder agreement ,they have the right to increase the super area . 2)After issuance of OOP and till the time final payment was made,I was charged and had to pay delay penalty for getting the unit registered and now the physical possession is yet to be given even after 6 months from date of registration. 3)The maintenance is being charged from the residents despite all the facilities are yet to be completed. I seek relief for - A)Reversal of additional increase in super area 2) Delay penalty from the date of registration to physical possession 3)Waiver of maintenance charges as all the facilities promised / mentioned at the time of booking are yet to be functional. Besides the above, there are claims related to delay penalty till OOP which were submitted to IRP and the case is still under judicial process.
