Builder Not submitted the Society yet

The builder has not handed over the society even after the RERA date is over that is31.03.2019.. & the below is the written complaint we have submitted to builder.. The agreement and initial payment plan did not include the Club House charges, why was I then asked to agree to make the payment a the time of possession. Why was this not informed at the time of purchase of flat. Please site a communication which makes us liable to pay society charges at the time of Agreement. 2. Why is the club house not the part of the maintenance, You have the maintenance amount for one year charged at the time of possession. Please site the agreement clause which separates the club house charges from maintenance charges. he maintenance includes all common facilities which also include the club house. 3. Why has the date of 20th July imposed upon us when the club house has been delayed from you for over 10 months now. As per my knowledge the swimming pool is still not ready. Under which law/act and section of Maharashtra Society Act the penalty has been imposed in the demand letter. Or please site any other law under which this has been levied . How much compensation will I be paid for unable to use the club house till date. 4. Is is compulsory to pay the Club House charges, if yes please site the clause in agreement which compels us to pay these charges. Please provide the copy of bye laws as approved by competent authorities for imposing this or the late fee charges. 5. At the time of sale the total podium and amenities mentioned are still not chapleted while we have made you 100% of the payment. Please let me know when can I use all the amenities as mentioned in your original sales brochure. 6. As per directions from the Hon Bombay Highcourt, Every apartment should have dedicated car parking facility. We are yet to receive any parking from you, please provide us with the parking immediately. The parking slots were to be given on first come first serve basis as per verbal commitment from you. 7. The entire layout as shown in renderings at the time of sale is still not visible, Please let me know why has the same not been completed and what is the compensation I am receiving from your end for not completing the work on time despite of taking 100% payment from us. 8. What is the basis of Rs 18000 per month, please provide bifurcation of the services I will be able to avail in this charge, also when added for entire building the club house fund will get around 5 lakhs per month and the revenue from chargeable services, please provide the breakup to ensure that my money is not misused or used to make undue profits.
