Working conditions

I worked in a top product based MNC near Delhi. I am a passout of a top B-school in India (Indian Institute of Management) with a top score in the CAT exam. I joined in Quarter 1 of year 2016 (year purposely altered). My manager (who is also an IIM graduate) used to ill-treat me, threatening me with career destruction etc. After discussing his conduct with him, and then with his manager, when there was no respite, I complained to HR in the second quarter of the year 2017 (year purposely altered). There was a so-called "anonymous" internal employee health survey where I gave my manager a negative rating. My manager's boss found out about the rating I had given and questioned me. Moreover, after the HR complaint, I started getting written 3 written reports where all my work was shown in very negative light, and anything less than absolute perfection was cast in the most critical terms. Whatever I did, there was an attempt by my manager to paint my work in negative light and to twist the same. As a result of the stress, I developed high blood pressure and a problem in my heart called left ventricle hypertrophy (thickening of the heart due to high BP). After 3 such reports, I was put in a 30 day PIP. I protested the PIP, and was called into a meeting with the HR representative, my manager and the manager's manager. In this meeting, the three of them ganged up against me to deride my performance. The so-called hearing was just namesake and everything I said in my defense was trashed. It became clear to me that the company intended to terminate me. I resigned the very next day keeping in mind my health. After 2 months, I found another job and have been working in it for 6 months. My heart condition has reversed while I have some blood pressure. Is there any legal action I can take against the company?
