Society NOC obstructing the disbursement of Home Loan

I have recently invested to purchase a flat in a society. For this property the bank has already approved the loan of 80 lakhs. Now the mortgage noc which is required from the society by the bank for the disbursement of loan. The society has included a clause in NOC wherein they expect the bank to reply in writing that the bank should raise no objection whenever the society goes into redevelopment. Society have yet not finalized the development plan or appointed a builder. Society has just appointed a project management consultant and the discussion is still its initial stage. Now no bank is ready to give such NOC in advance to the society. We approached most of the psb and nbfc banks but no bank is willing to acknowledge the NOC given by the society. We have already paid the part payment of 40 lakhs to the seller and also have done the sale deed, stamp duty and registration as the disbursement of loan require us to submit the original documents to the bank The only thing which is blocking the disbursement of loan is the society’s NOC.( as mentioned earlier no bank is willing to acknowledge this NOC with such clause ) Society committee members have this notion that if at the time of redevelopment if we ( the buyers ) are unable to provide an alternate security to bank then their redevelopment project will come to standstill. We did discuss this case with few builders / developers and most of them clearly stated that a home ( mortgaged with bank ) has never caused any turbulence in the redevelopment project.
