Termination due to non performance

During my contractual period of 225 days in Inland waterways authority of india(IWAI), an autonomus body under ministry of shipping, i was replaced by new contractor. i joined on 24 september 2018 as INstructor.During my service period i raised the matter of short payment and payment not in time as per tender clause. Contractor used to take thirty to forty percent of wages as commision under full knowledge of IWAI. Since my joining with me other employee also stopped paying commision to contractor.It was not liked by IWAI officers because their extra income stopped. I have proof of those payment of commiossion in the form of paper as well as audio recording. my contractor left the contract after completing contract with one day notice that too on sunday. So in emergency, in one day break, IWAI had called me verbally to resume service. At the same time without any bid , they gave contract to new contractor. Our institute is not profit making educational institute (NINI,Patna). The new contractor is security and dectetive agency. Since i was not faviorate of IWAI, they removed me by new contractor. On 6th May 2019 at about 1700 hrs, again i was informed verbally not to continue office from tommorrow. At that i asked the reason in writing then they say i am replaced by other employee choosened by new contractor.Next day by emiall i lodged protest against verbal order, from dicontinuance from service. in reply they said i am removed by new contractor.and i am not performing upto their expection on their personal experience basis, they will not question the judgement of new contractor.till the last day of my in office, there is no charges pending against me. The chief engineer who replied is not my even immediate boss. i am working under course coorinator/principal. without any enquiry i am framed for non performance. Please note that i was not employee of new contractor when i was removed. IWAI is accepting that they have not removed me, only i am not considered by new contractor. Please advise what are legal right i am having for termination against without any enquiry and reemployment. Please note that i was not given appointment letter.Thanking You
