Premature retirement from Western Coal Fields Limited (WCL) service of my father

Seeking justice for premature retirement from Western Coal Fields Limited (WCL) service of my father on grounds of erroneous information. Background My father use to work at Western Coalfields Limited (A PSU of Coal India) as a Clerk. He joined the service as Munshi at WCL, Pench Area, Eklehra Colliery, Madhya Pradesh on 29/10/1973, as he was born and bought up in Gorakhpur, U.P and studied until 8th standard in one school and moved to different school where he completed 9th standard and abruptly discontinued 10th standard to join WCL at Eklehra, hence all his credentials stating Date of Birth (DoB) has not been obtained from school until this point of time. While joining WCL the office clerk randomly entered the DoB of my father as 01/07/1948 however his actual DoB is 01/07/1957. After few years my father realized his DoB in service register has been entered incorrectly, hence he obtained credentials stating his DoB from the school he completed 9th standard and submitted to local office Eklehra as proof of DoB hence the B-Form of my father was updated with correct DoB and countersigned by then HR Manager Late. Mr Indra Mohan Chandhok and the same have also been reflecting correctly in computerized employee profile data record in GM office Parasia. Now one fine day all of sudden on 28/02/2013 when my father reached office as regular he has been handed over the service retirement letter with immediate effect leaving my father completely shocked, humiliated and traumatized, mentally as well as emotionally as his actual date of retirement should be 31/07/2017, anything could have happened to him at that time or during those days due to this sheer negligence and irresponsible way of retiring an employee who is not at all prepared for his retirement as there was no prior notice had been issued 3 and 6 months before the date of retirement (as per the company rules), that too on grounds of erroneous information - ignoring the real facts, although enough proofs (listed below) were already available with WCL management. Important Documents Reflecting DOB as 01/07/1957 1. School leaving certificate issued on 03/08/1978 (studied only 9th and discontinued 10th) 2. School leaving certificate issued on 11/03/2013 (for 6th to 8th obtained when management was not ready to consider 9th school leaving certificate for unknown reasons) 3. Copy of Form-B available at Eklehra Colliery (corrected and countersigned by HR Manager) 4. Copy of service register at Eklehra office (clearly stating corrected date as per school leaving certificate) 5. Copy of Form-M issued on 27/12/2005 (mandatory medical examination under rule 59B of mines) 6. PAN Card 7. Driving Liscence 8. Aadhar Card 9. Bank Passbook 10. Voter ID Card 11. Computerized employee profile available with WCL database 12. Employee DOB list available on official website of WCL with employee (NEIS) number 25230283 (www.westerncoal.nic.in/?q=node/541 this is strongest proof of his correct DoB)
