How to vacate property when high court gave decision in our favour

My uncles have filed a suite in lower court for division of my fathers property claiming that it was a joint hindu family property and to be distributed equally. They are staying currently in our house on first floor. Lower court rejected their case and declared my father as the sole owner. Thereafter they filed suite in high court on which high court gave stay on lower courts order. Further in next date high court ordered the opponents to pay mesne profit of every month and this shall be applicable since the date of impugned judgement..that means since the order date of lower court...and if the opponents fail to do so.. the stay will automatically stand cancelled and the owner shall be free to vacate the opponents by due process of law. Still they have not payed a single penny despite high courts order and its been more than two months from the order. Can we call the police directly and ask them to vacate.. what should be the best course of action in shortest time span for vacation of our property?
