Sharda Devi Vs ADA | 240/2000 (District Court Allahabad)

Hi Sir, My Grand mother was allotted an EWS flat (of value 25k) by ADA on emi basis. She paid all the emi and asked ADA to do registry in her favour in the year 1995 but ADA demanded additional payment of 45k as dues and sent multiple notices for the same. Due to which she lodge a case# 240/2000 in Allahabad District Court. Son of Sharda Devi also persuaded the matter with ADA VC and to which ADA issued a no dues letter in 2008 in her favour asking to pay only registry charges and get the registry done. Now when in year 2011 Son of Late Smt. Sharda Devi requested ADA to do registry in his favour the ADA again and again sent a letter to pay the court case expenses (amount not disclosed) along with registry charges (which is understood) and to submit an affidavit that we have withdrawn the pending court case and ready to pay the amount demanded by ADA. Now our dilemma is if we submit such an affidavit to ADA and withdraw the court case, ADA may demand for very high amount as court case expenses and may refuse to do registry in our favour. Please guide as we are stuck and facing this situation for the past 20-25 years without any luck. Thanks
