If a commercial unit in slum facing road side has been taken in a s.r.a project of slum deweelers by builder /developer/govt.body . 1)how does he protect his buisness rights if the builder just puts him somewhere behind in the plot . 2)is there any right , where he can ask for a shop on the front side if any commercial components are being made by the project developer in his sale component , 3)if his nature of buisness is of heavy goods and he is being given possesion on first or any other floor .what steps can be taken to have a possesion on ground floor 4)if the slum dweller in a commercial component has requested the builder to provide an alternate accomdation on front side of the road where his shop already existed and the builder later suggest that :-(supposed area of 225 sqft in a slum building ,and the slumdweller has to compromised for 160 area in a sale component of his project plus money value of market rate if increase in the said commercial component) and if the builder agrees and promisses for a possesion in sale component by only unregistered agreement or can say a mutual understanding approved plan copy. and later refuses or cheats not to give position in sale component of his project .what steps can be taken if long years have passed
