Employment bond

Hi, i am soham working in a IT company since 8 months , at the time joining we were to submit a check of 8 lakh rupees without a date on it, and agreement bound was also signed for an amount of 8 lakh and for a period of 3.5 years, as it is mentioned in offer letter that a stipend of 10,000 would be paid for initial 6 months as it is considered as training period and later once training is completed we would sent to client place for an interview if we get selected in interview we would be paid 2.4 LPA for the first year and 3.5 LPA for second and 5 LPA for third year. But the problem we are facing is that company is neither paying any stipend and even as job market is down now their are no clients to hire. so after waiting around 1 year hoping to get a on site client job without any salary now company is telling to pay them 8 lakhs rupees and leave company or else you can stay in company with increase of one more year as a service bond so that would some up to 4.5 years for agreement in that company. but they are not even paying salary or stipend and they are not even providing proper salary but now forcing to pay bond amount or else increase in bond period, company even didn't provide proper training but they demanding 8 lakh rupees. Most of the employees are facing problem . please help us what can be done now. please help.
