Cancellation of forged sale deed

An unknown person X sold my plot to A by impersonation using my address, signature, voter I'd in my name etc. A sold to B, B sold to C, and finally C deposit his sale deed in a bank against mortgage loan. All those 4 transactions were registered within one year. Original sale deed of my property is still with me and the land also still vacant. After knowing that, I register a complaint in police. CCB (land grabbing cell ) register FIR against X,A,B and C. and searching for the past 6 months. Nobody caught. All of their address in their sale deed found to be fake. Mean time, I made a complaint with IG(regn) and he arranged for District Registrar(admn) enquiry on my complaint. I have proved with documentary evidence that I am the original owner of the said property. He agreed that I am the original owner and forged documents to be cancelled through civil court. Further he assured me to issue an order to the SRO to allow me to register my said property by settlement deed to any of my family member. Accordingly EC will also be issued to me. I expecting his order within next 10days. Under this circumstances, I need the legal guidance for the following points: 1)after the settlement deed is registered, what I have to do. Whether I have to request the police to take action for the cancellation of forged documents or I have to file a case separately in court through a lawyer. 2) if the forged persons not arrested by police, how the court will cancel those forged documents.
