Vacant Possession and Damages

We have rented a land for petroleum outlet for dealer and rental agreement is between us and dealer for 20 years in 1986, till 2006, we have not renewed the rental agreement. we initiated the eviction process as per agreement in 2013 in Principal Civil Judge JMFC Court (Vacant possession and damages). Order was in our favor in Jan'19. We have took caveat in this regard in district court and high court. Now they went for revised appeal in local court. Please clarify me for following questions.? 1)Can we go for eviction(decree implementation) as per original court order in Jan'19? If yes whether there will favorable order for us? 2) Again whether we need to go for high court if court doesn't order for eviction(decree implementation) saying that opposite party has initiated the revised appeal. Please advice in this regard. Apart from above, we have requested the documents for the purpose transaction which is base for petroleum supply to dealer like basis for license renewal, rent agreement etc(i mean on what basis petroleum company is supplying to dealer), both explosive department and petroleum company has refused to share saying that matter is in court. we are keep on requesting but no response from either of department. Can anyone advice how i can get all the documents with petroleum company and with explosive department, whether i need to file separate suit for this purpose? In above para petroleum company is govt. owned, My intention is at least if petroleum company stops supplying the petrol to dealer they might vacate the land. Kindly i am requesting to all Law professionals please help me what are the available solution for above issue. Kindly provide case reference if available. (Case is in Karnataka State)
