Relinquish of share in property

Dear Sir, There is a pattadar property located in odisha, in the name of my grandfather and his two brother. my grandfather and his two brothers died. Now one part of property is enjoyed by my father and my 4 uncles another two parts of property is being enjoyed by the families of the brothers my grandfather. Till now the property is in the name of my grandfather and his two brothers and not being settled in the hand of their legal heirs. Now in our part of the property one of my uncle and his family are asking their share. Now my father and remaining three uncle has decided to pay consideration in term of rupee in lieu of share in the property. So what legal deed should be executed so that all his interest comes to an end. Will that deed can be used as legal evidence in the court of law in future. will that deed can also be used to exclude his interest, when complete family settlement deed is made in future between all the families of my grand father and his brothers and conversion of pattadar property to raheti property.
