Brand New Vehicle with the Unfinished Petrol Tank Color & Poor Quality Seat Thread damaged.

Dear sir, I would like to inform you all that i bought this royal enfield thunderbird x 350 abs red color just 3 days back and second day i had some vibration issue and yesterday i went to the service station and immediately it got resolved and the service person was good enough to support me and i thank him for the immediate solution. * manufacture date: 2018 for this i got complimentary of (front crash guard) that doesn't means, i can receive defective product for that which i am paying around 220,000+ interest. * note: please resolve this issue as soon as possible, before escalating this issues to the higher level and also i need compensation for providing me the defective vehicle. moreover without checking out the bike completely, company people should not delivery the vehicle to the customer at any cost. *** my question is here: * from the sale manager i got an immediate response stating that they would replace the seat and the fuel tank. * my concern is very much simple and clear i need compensation for receiving the defective product from the royal enfield company 6 times i wasted my time and energy by traveling to the showroom and also moreover before quality check of the bike completely, company people should not delivery the vehicle to the customer at any cost. if i file a complaint will it work?
