Father registered land on one son at the age of 12

My father purchased 8 1/2 Acre Land in 1970 & entered in revenue records on my 2 brother name at the age of 12 years directly without any registration documents.During 1992 ,fro 8 1/2 land ,4 AC registered on 3 rd brother through bhudan settlement deed (without cost transaction) in presence of father as witness. After my brother expiry during 2002 my father told remaining 4 1/2 AC land is their family share, consequently transferred that land to his wife .My father registered other ancestral property lands to other 4 brothers through gift deed equally. Now my expired brother wife & his daughter filed partion suit in the court claiming their share in the gifted land as its saying ancestral property without indicating that 4 1/2 land which was already got ,transferred to their names from 2nd brother .How they can claim? Is it problem for us to claim 8 1/2 land also ancestral property since 2-3 brother registration is bhudan settlement & not as partitioned settlement.I herd that since 2-3 brother registration is bhudan settlement deed ,its understood that 3rd & my father agreed that its his own land.Is it correct?
