Tennant engaged the property without any agreement

30 year's before we gave a industrial property to a Tennant with agreement after 19 years there were some issues at the time of new agreement like rent increasment and security deposit amount increasment, that time Tennant denied to increase the rent, we told them to vacant my property and we didn't do any further agreement, at that the period of negotiation they took stay on property from the court on behalf of running industry that do by proper notification and by legal way not by threaded or forcely, Than we also do the same filed the case for eviction and pending rent amount with intrest and legal expenses, Dear sir 11 years has gone in civil court not any justice we receive, now file is pending in final order from last 1 and half years, Now what we feel that court and laws are made for support to the culpits, My father who is owner of this property is 80 years old cancer patient last stage my mother who is 75 years old depression patient is co applicant due to joint property with father, Now my question is what is the right way to proceed This case, today I was reading the newspaper that supreme court declared that owner can forcely evicted there property from temporally Tennant is that true and is that applicable in our case and what is the processor please guide us the right way,
