Respected, as our building which is under "PAGDI SYSTEM" is going under redevelopment , in this building we are staying since 1965, and from 1965 it is on my grandfather's name ( bhada chitthi /rent receipt ), in tthe year 1982 my grandfather expiers and year 2018 my father also gets expiers,as, but my father has not transfer tenancy rights on his name and keep it as same due to our building is under litigation ,and the two owner is filled case in court. now as our building going under redevelopment, as new owner came in picture and have proper legal documents , and ready to redevelop the said premises, but as my gradnfather and my father both gets expiered, as per law my aunt becomes legal heires, in relation as we were supposed to leave in the said flat, with my grandfather and father as the said agreement which we have to make with prior NOC GIVEN BY MY AUNT TO TRANSFER tenancy right to my mother name, reference above as after my fathers death , and we have to submitt INDEMINITY BOND/ CONSENT LETTER WITH NOC OF LEGAL HEIRES, I WANT AN ANSWER AS WE WANT TO TRANSFER TENANCY RIGHTS INTO MY MOTHER SINGLE NAME , FOR WHICH IS IT NECESSARY TO TAKE NOC FROM MY SISTER WITH MY AUNT,?
