Minor Name included in Vendors List

My name is VINOD and I am looking to buy a property from an individual named RAM. RAM has inturn bought this property from a family whose details are as below. Family Details: ----------------- Grandfather (Died Intestate in 2011) and Grandmother (81 years) have one SON (42 years) and that SON has two minor children (17 years daughter and 9 years Son) as of January 2018. Property Details: ------------------- Property located in Bangalore was directly allotted from Bangalore Development Authority to Grandfather. After Grandfather died in 2011, the Khata was transfered to Grandmother's name. Situation: ----------- Vendor 1 - Grandmother (Khata is in her name) Vendor 2 - Son Vendor 3 - Minor Grand Daughter (17 Years old) - Represented by father (Vendor 2) as Natural Minor Guardian Vendor 4 - Minor Grand Son (8 Years old) - Represented by father (Vendor 2) as Natural Minor Guardian Purchaser - RAM Property was sold from the owners to Purchaser (RAM) with the following members as "VENDORS" Grandmother (Vendor 1), Father (Vendor 2), Minor daughter (Vendor 3), Minor Son (Vendor 4) - (FATHER representing Minor daughter and Minor son in Sale Deed as natural minor guardian). Entire Payment was made 100% to Grandmother since Khata was in her name and Vendor 2 (SON) and Vendor 3 and Vendor 4 minor children represented by Natural Minor Guardian father (Vendor 2). has mentioned NO OBJECTION to the payment being made to Vendor 1. Question: ----------- Although the minor's father was alive when the property was sold to RAM, the transaction has included minors name (VENDOR 3 and 4) as well as one of the Vendors and represented by Father (VENDOR 2) as Natural Minor Guardian to take abundant caution. Can I proceed with buying this property from the purchaser RAM who is now the absolute sole owner of the property? Thanks VINOD
