We are eligible slum dwellers for commercial property. We have restaurant and Bar Business in our five huts of our family amalgmated together. We purchased additional area as per Annexure 2 whatever our additional area was at discounted price.After that we went to court for rectification in Agreements and court gave us a stay and put status quo on that property. We were having possession of property at that time. Than Builder went to court to terminate the agreements he made with us. Mean while proceeding to demolish our old structure was going through with different authorities now we have lost in high court our writ has been dismissed and our old structure has been demolished. Now two cases are going on in court one we did for rectification and another Builder did for cancellation of agreement. Now we don't have place to do Business. What is remedy we are ready to take back our case but Builder is not ready to take back his case how can we get possession of our commercial property to do Business.
