Chances of bail in High Court

Hi, A big scam happened in Gujarat recently, where the accused set govenment jute bags on fire, shifted the left-overs to a different place, from where my father, bought the jute bags ( he is a merchant of jute bags since almost 25 years). he was unaware of any such big scam involved and bought the bags at market price( 52 per bag) and sold it at 54 per bag to another merchant. Now the IPC sections that are filed in FIR and charge sheet are 406, 409, 420, 120B, 465, 486, 471, 201, 424. Many of these are not even applicable to him. Evn in the FIR and chargesheet, police has mentioned that my father's role was only limited tilll buying and selling the bags, but his fault was he bought them in cash. now the situation is, he has been denied bail by both sessions and high court, and we were told to come back after the chargesheet is filed( this was high court's order). Even after the chargesheet, sessions court rejected the bail.now we will be going to high court, what are the chances of getting the bail there?
