Filing petition of mutual consent divorce 13-B in ludhiana, punjab

I married in last year 29.Oct, 2017. After 4 months my wife left me and lodge a false complaint against me in Police/CAW Cell and from that day she keep saying that she is pregnant of 2 months and want to live with me.I always knew that she is lying because there were never that type of relation between of us. She never give this statement in written anywhere in police papers or in any form. Now, last month she sent me message through a mutual family friend that she got a baby girl, which i was extremely shocked and asked for DNA test and papers of hospital and treatments. Now, instead of accepting DNA, they want to do compromise and ask for alimony which I accept because I really want to move on. Now they are saying that nothing would be mention about child in petition of 13-B or panchayiti Talaak. I wanted to mention that there were no child from this marriage, but my in-laws denied to write that. They said nothing would be mention about child in papers. Just it would mention that husband wife are living separate from last 12 months. So, please suggest that there is any harm to me if nothing would be mention about child in petition and panchayiti talaak, I am damn sure that there is no child from me to my bitch. But if mention it in that there is no child from this marriage, then my in-laws would go to court and I really don't want to go in that way. Please suggest. Another question is that my bitch has also given 125 Crpc in court for maintenance, 1st hearing is pending on 7 Jan,2019 and i found that she made party only to herself in 125 petition, means there is no child. Now they are coming for compromise and ready to take back 125 sec case. My question is, is that possible that after 1st statement in court for 13-B my bitch would not take back 125 crpc? and if yes, what should I do? or should I do any precautions before going for mutual consent 13-b? As per agreement in 13-B, my bitch should taken back 125 crpc case. And no case could be filed by her after final statement in 13-b petition.
