Dispute among siblings over inherited property

The land (multiple khasras) were in the name of my father. My father never took possession of these land. However a few years before his death one of my brother found out some initial info and we sold out a portion of the land. When the first deal was made my father was alive and only done for one of the khasras. However my father died without writing a will and then a mutation was done where all 6 children (4 brother and 2 sister) became a party to the unpossessed and undivided land. Now mutually agreed 2 sisters and 1 brother wanted to sell the land where the others not and they wanted to fight for possession but that is practically impossible because of strong presence of land mafia and sold out registar office. Eventually the 3 parties who wanted to sell the land, sold their share of the land to a third party (A local person of that area) The party knowing the entire situation only made the deal. So in this case is it legally right to be selling their share of rights on the property because the others are not willing to monetize it and/or not even capable of possessing it? The 3 parties sold their share to the third party, Are they subject to any legal proceedings?
