Parental property

My in-laws gifted their property consisting of a house and 27 cents of land to their third daughter who was staying with them with her husband and two children for quite some time (My in-laws have four daughters). The condition while gifting the property was that they will continue to stay with them, maintain the property and look after the parents and will not sell the property to which the other daughters agreed. However, there was no written document for this agreement..My father-in-law passed away a few years later and violating the agreement on which the gift was made, the daughter and her husband moved out of the house leaving my mother-in-law in the house without any help. Subsequently they got the gift deed registered without informing the other sisters and lately sold the property much against the will of the mother-in-law. My question is: Is it possible for my mother-in-law to reclaim the property from her daughter? Since the property is already sold can she claim the money for which the property was sold from her daughter?
