Forged signature on the affidavits.

I had filed a private complaint (against 3 persons) under sec 200 CrPC r/w Sec 190 of CrPC in terms of sec 499 of IPC r/w Sec 34 thereof and punishable u/s 500 thereof. The evidence is all documentary. The trial court took cognizance and issued summons,on 16 Dec 17, to the three accused. The accused entered their presence in the trial court on three subsequent dates viz 09 Feb 18, 22 Mar 18 and 26 Apr 18. The next date in the trial Court was 31 May 18, for Plaintiff/Petitioner's Evidence. However, on 29th May 18, ie just 2 days prior to the Next date of Hearing, the Accused moved separate petitions in the Hon'ble High Court under Sec 482 CrPC for quashing the criminal proceeding and the summoning order. Applications were also moved by the accused for stay of the proceeding in the court below. The Hon'ble High Court didn't stay the proceeding in the court below but passed order "Petitioner is exempted from personal appearance till the next date of hearing" and has fixed the next date of hearing (in the High Court) on 13th Nov 18. The Trial Court, could not move in absence of the accused and has accordingly fixed the next date of hearing after in Dec 18. The documents received by me from the High Court, clearly shows that only the Petitiion in the High Court has been signed by the petitioner. The affidavit supporting the petition, the stay application and the supporting affidavit with the stay application, the Application seeking exemption from filing certified copied and the accompanying affidavit are all carrying forged signatures. Strangely these signatures have been verified also. I have filed the reply/counter affidavit in the case and apart from other factual errors in the petition, I have raised this issue as preliminary objection that the petition is not maintainable because it is not supported by proper affidavit. In my reply this misconduct of the petitioner has also been stated as Direct Contempt of Court.in its face. My Questions are:- (a) The affidavit with forged signatures will be called what? Fake affidavits or forged affidavits? (b) Under what statute the person verifying the forged signatures can be tried? (b) Can I file a case of Perjury against the petitioner even after dismissal of their petition? (c) In case the Perjury application can be filed even after dismissal of their petition; where should it be filed? In the High Court or in the Court below, whose summoning orders were petitioned to be quashed.
