Property registration

Our home property is registered on my mother's name , we are 3male childrens of my mother, I'm the 2nd brother. My first brother died in an accident by which he was married, he was having 2 childrens , and after his death his wife has been married to my small Brother that is - 3rd brother and my third . Wether the property should be divided into 2 parts or 3 parts ??????? Please let me know the answer fast to my email:- [deleted] This is another question:- After all the talkings of my family meeting it was decided that the property will be divided into 3 parts 2 parts for the 3rd one, and 1 part is for 2nd one that's me .... And I agreed upon that decision,, but they took almost 10 years for separation, they separated by building a wall .... But my mother build the wall on my 3rd brothers property keeping 1lakh loan by borrowing with others, and not a single rupees they spent on my side... Till now they have not registered it on my name ... Other question:- They now are planning to construct a building in half of the total property, by giving half of the property to the builder . But I'm not interested in that because they are saying that 2 floor will be give to my small brother and one floor will be give to me ... My opinion is that when my son goes for a job he can construct a 3floor building by it's own in which 3 floor will be on my name. But they are saying that if I'm interested in that plan of constructing a building then I can join them ,,,or else they will not register the property ony name .... I want to ask u whether they can do so ????? If yes then plz tell me the solution by which the property on my name will be registered.... Plz help me out ...
