Sale of stilt parking space

I have bought a residential flat in Mumbai in the year 2013-14 from the previous owner of said flat. The previous owner of said flat was the first owner of the flat and was also allotted a STILT parking along with said flat at the time of possession by him. when i bought the said flat, the STILT parking was also transferred into my name along with the flat by way of execution of separate agreement for transfer of STILT parking with the payment of nominal amount to previous owner. At that time the Cooperative Housing Society has accepted such transfer of STILT parking to me and I have been charged nominal monthly maintenance charges for said STILT parking which i have been paying along with my monthly maintenance bill. Now, my queries are: 1) whether such arrangement is legal and holds good as far as my right for the usage of such STILT parking are concerned. 2) whether i can also sale / transfer the said STILT parking along with the sale of my residential flat to new buyer. If yes, whether such transfer of STILT parking will be by way of execution of separate agreement as i did when i bought the flat. 3) whether i am also liable to pay property tax on such STILT parking if demanded by the society.
