Eviction of mobile tower on recently purchased property (agreement done by previous owner)

Recently I have purchased the Commercial property on which on the roof top a mobile tower is installed. Our Vendor have entered into agreement with the Tower company. The Gist of the Agreement are reproduced below. 1. Agreement made by previous owner during 1999 for a period of 15 years with extension clause for further 2 additional terms of 5 years each at the option of the Mobile company. 2. The agreement narrates the ownership of the whole property and the same is reffered to as "property" in the agreement 3.The Agreement states as " The licencors are legally entitled to enter into any agreement for licencing of 700 sq feet of area on the ground (herein after refereed to as the "Site") of the property together with all common entrance/facilities in favor of the licensee. The said site has been marked in red in the site plan attached hereto. A. The Subject matter of the Agreement is ground floor and the same is referred to as site. Here in my case the Tower is installed on the Roof top on the Third floor of the property. The agreement gives right to the company to install on the Ground. B. Even in the Plan copy no where it is mentioned as Third Floor C. The Agreement is not registered agreement. It is made on 100 Rs Stamp paper ( AS per Karnataka Stamp Act any agreement with a period more than 11 months has to be registered) D. The Schedule of the Agreement is also silent about the Floor and mere reading of the Schedule indicates as the Empty site not the Building E. There is no seperate entry for Roop top (They have to enter through other Tenants House on;y) Now My Query is 1 On the Ground of the agreement as the agreement is for the Site not on the Building, restrict the entrance of the Tower personnal 2. Tower can evicted as the Agreement is for installation of tower on the Ground not on the Roop top (Third Floor) 3. If i restrict them is there any possiblity that they lodge Police complaint and put pressure on me.
