Can a landlord legally force a tenant out if she's engaged in paid sex as a profession?

Dear Sir, I have a zero rental agreement of 11 months with my landlord. I paid a large deposit of 3.5 lakhs, and am currently 2 months into the agreement. Society residents, along with my landlord, are now pressurizing me to leave. They've given me an ultimatum of 10 days. They say, if I've not vacated by then, they'll lodge a complaint with the local authorities and let them handle me. The reason they want me out is that I make my living through paid sex. I'm 27 years old and have been in this profession for 3 years. However, throughout this period, I've never conducted my work from my home, which holds true for this residence, too. I pointed out the same to the society residents and my landlord, who just recently found out about my work. However, they told me, in specific words, that respectable people were living in the society, and they didn't want a woman like me residing in their midst. I don't want to leave, however. I have 9 months left on my agreement, and I want the agreement honored. I keep to myself, don't bother anyone, and like I said, I don't bring men to the flat. Please advise me on this matter. Humayrah
