Illegal sale deed

This is regarding a house located in the city on Nagpur ,Maharashtra our property was divided into two blocks i.e block no.9 and block no.10.I am the owner of block no 10.In my sale deed ,their is clear indication of common lane between block no 9 and 10.The original seller of the property is a Muslim trust name Khatija Bai Haji Ebrahim Tayyab trust nagpur ,registerd with charity commissioner nagpur,with registration no B-100.For selling the property the said trust has to to be taken permission from the charity commissioner,under section 36 of Bombay Trust act.The said trust has taken the permission from the joint charity commissioner to sell block No 9 is of only 620 sq.ft which I confirmed from the charity commissioner office through RTI application.But the sale deed executed is of 1087 sq.ft without indicating the common lane between the two plots.The sale deed was executed on july 2003.But i did not know the unlaw ful activitivity of the said trust and the buyer of block no 9.The Advertisement given by the said trust in local news paper was of only sell of block no 9 without mentioning the actual area.i recently know the fact of all this wrong doing . In 2011,One of the tenants of the said trust as filed the case in Wakf Board,Auranghabhad against this false deed.The wakf board had cancelled this sale deed on the ground that the said Trust was a muslim Trust.And the said trust has to be taken permission from wakf Board instead of charity commissioner and the copy of order was also send to registrar office,nagpur for cancellation. I also filled case in lower Division court in the month of April 2018 for permanent Injuction. But our Exhibit 5 application has been rejected by the court.Against this order i appealed in the session court and the respondent party file an Pursis that he will not do any construction in dispute lane.Our appeal for exhibit file is still pending in the session court.Mean while we come to thKnow that the that the respondent which is also the owner of block no 9 has execute a sale deed to another person which is also the grand son of secretaryof the said trust.The president of the said trust is the brother of EX.Cabinet Minister,Maharstra.Please suggest what we have to do.I am a retired person of 73 years.
