Road to our Property

Dear Sirs, This property was bought by my father in 1987 from a farmer and he had made agreement with the farmer to buy the rest of the extent from him in the future. The farmer passed away and his sons divided the property with themselves and sold it by agreement to a pawn broker as benami. I mean the property is still in the sons name but its under control of the pawn broker. My dad went to the court where his plea was adjudged due to due to scrupulous actions by the pawn broker. Now my situation is that the land my father bought lies in the middle of the land surrounded by the pawn brokers property. I have no access to the land to use the property to use it to bank collateral or to even sell it as the word is spread that the property has no road access to it. This restraint is spread by the pawn broker as to force me to sell him the property to his meager offer price. this property is a high value property. Request you to provide me how to proceed further to get land access as there is no existing land road by any records. The new road has to be created for the record. Thanks in advance.
