Adverse possession and validity of title without possession and failed to mutate revenue entry 58yrs

My father an agriculturist in the year 1961 purchased 2acres 29guntas of agriculture land from A, who belongs to general caste and kartha of the joint family property . A acquired above said agriculture land and other lands through INAM ABOLISTION ACT in the year 1958 from karnataka government and their was no imposition of restriction or time limits to sale the lands to third party by A from inam abolistion office as per Grant copy issued at time of Grant and all revenue records stood in the name of A . And A sold the 2 acres 39 guntas of agriculture land to my father in the year 1961 through registed sale deed as I said above but my father failed to mutate revenue entry in to his name . Later in the year 1965 A entired in to registed family partition deed between him and his younger brother B with above said disputed land and remaining properties of the joint family property. The land which was sold to my father fell in The share of B who is younger brother of A and in year 1971 B in turn registed gift deed the above said disputed land which was sold to my father to his daughter and son-in-law and all revenue records had been transferred in the name of B's daughter and son-in-law even tilldate and possession of the land is with them . My father expired in year 2007 , recently our family members came to know about the purchase of land in 1961 by my father My question is whether we can challenge the registed partition deed of year 1965 and registed gift deed of the year 1971 and claim the title of the land after a gap of 58years And whether B's daughter and son-in-law can claim the land through adverse possession.
