Can a company drag me to court for not joining after accepting offer letter

Hi, I have accepted an offer from company and in the offer letter there is following clause: 16. Offer Acceptance: This offer will expire on xxx 17, 2018, if not accepted by that date. Please note that you need to pay one month of your compensation, as per #6 above, to xxxx company pvt ltd if you do not join the Company after accepting this offer letter. 17. Agreement: This letter, which constitutes the entire agreement between the parties supersedes all previous oral / written communications, representations, understandings and agreements between the parties, if any, shall be modified only in writing duly executed by both parties and shall be construed and enforced in the jurisdiction of and in accordance with the laws of India and specifically in the State of XXXX. The above terms and conditions are subject to Company policy. Please confirm that the above terms are acceptable to you by signing a copy of this letter. We look forward to having you with us and providing you an opportunity to grow as well as contribute towards the growth of the Company. I have signed on each page of the letter and sent the scanned copy to this company. Now I don't feel like joining the company for some personal reasons. What should I do?
