Property allocated forcefully by vatni patra in 1993

My grandfather Badriji Chavan was purchased a shop at Polan peth in Jalgaon in 1956. He was a brother named Hariram. He was not in picture. My grandfather helped him by financial support from time to time. Both the brothers were lived in single home which was registered in the name of Badriji Chavan. Suddenly 1990, my grandfather was ill and he suffered with paralysis. His memory was also weak.In between 3 sons of Hariram was so clever, they brought my grandfather in Tehsildar officer and got the signature on vatni patra. In vatni patra, they mentioned that the ground floow is belonging to Hariram and after building first store on ground floor, the first floor will be name with Badriji and their sons. Finally my grandfather got repend on their decision and he mentioned all that drama in their Will. He also stated that they got their sign by fraud manner. and after few years he died(1993). Now his 3 sons name Santosh, Laxminararyan and Hukumchand filled a suit against vatni patra. but unfortunately Junior sub division bench has given the judgment that the ground floow is belonging will be belonging to Hariram and after building first store on ground floor, the first floor will be name with Badriji and their sons.. Sir, My questions is that 1. Ultimately who will be the owner of this shop though the judgement gone in favour of Hariram. 2. If the registry was in the name of Badriji then how Hariram and their sons eliminated his name? 3. Can we challenge the Vatni Patra till today? 4. What will be the impact if Badriji mentioned in his will that all the incidents was forcefully done, can we take the help of His will.? 5. Can we fill a case after junior sub division bench result, which was gone against Badriji and his sons. Please provide the guidance....
