1BHK - Faulty construction and cheating

Respected Sir/Madam, I have purchased 1bhk flat 1.5 years back on 90% loan in 5 years old building, as I was looking to settle my life with family soon. After the purchase in one month, he repaired my entire bathroom by digging and replaced half the tiles. But the leakage still exists in interior walls and below in my parking lot (1st-floor Apartment). Next, we found out that the plaster was extremely weak. Building pillars plaster started peeling off and the metal inside could be seen rusted. Everywhere the plaster has gone bad. Other problems I would like to list here : - Bathroom leakage inside and outside (even after 2 repairs) - Installed Terrace metal which is rusted and not good quality - Telephone wire spoiled and can’t have a connection. - Cracks inside and outside of the flat - Generator fails to supply electricity on elevators. - The swimming pool was not mentioned in my sale deed by the builder - Security cabin half built as there is panchayat stay order as they have not taken permission. - Garbage disposal half built - Maintenance paid but not maintained for months and now asking for more maintenance - Severe damages to building as all bathrooms were dug and left cracks as it is. Please advise me how to get out of this mess. Will I get my hard earned money and interest paid by me the bank.
