Parking allotment form builder

Recently, I have booked a 1BHK flat in Vasai (East) soon I’ll be registering it. I’m concern about parking allotment. In 2015 I have paid Rs.200000 in cash to the builder for parking and no respite provided they only register the amount and name on there register book. After new rules according to MAHARERA parking cannot be sell by the builder and formed housing society can dissolve the parking. Now, what to do? As I spoke to the builder he said: “We provide you the allotment letter not event society can dissolve the parking and if you wish to sell your flat with parking than no one can stop you”. As I went through the MAHARERA parking rule I know rules. My question is following 1) Is It true, that parking allotted by the builder before hosing society formation, new formed society cannot dissolve the parking space? 2) After formation does society have the power to take-away the parking form society member and allot space form the new start? 3) I’m I eligible to sell or transfer the parking space with flat to the buyer? 4) Any suggestions?
