Stopped salary and harrasing

Sir. im working for MNC in hyderabad, i didnt go office for 3weeks because of health emergency.. on day one i informed to my reporting manager about not coming to office on that day and after that i tried to call my reporting manager for asking 3weeks leave about my health prob...but reporting manager didnt respond ...then i called to my TEAM LEADER..he said ok, comewith medical certificate when u come to office.. after 5 days... my reporting manager called me and told that my salary is going to stop. for not attending office since 5days....then i called and asked that i alread informed to u and teamleader how can u stop my salary??? then i go email from HR ,that whoever dont come office continously 3day then salary will b stopped...then i called to HR ..even after infomring also how can u stop my salary? he replied that this is our office rule....and he said when u come office then we will release ur salary...ok fine after 3weeks leave ,i went to office and reported to HR.. when i asked about my salary they said you wil get in next month salary....ok fine....i started my work....next day my TEAM LEADER told me that..you should comedaily office,, and there are no weekoffs for you....you should work continoulsy..and you wont get salary for 3weeks leave....then again i asked y should i come daily?y there are no weekoffs?? in this way they are harrasing me daily and they stopped my salary ? how to file case on my HR and company.....??? how would i get justice?
