Termination without notice and pay

Hi, Recently, my company terminated me. I was in probation with my company and due to health reasons(which cropped up only after me joining in this company) I took leaves from the company. In the month of June they forced me to take one month leave without pay and asked me to come back only once I am completely fit.As there is no other alternative I agreed to it and took the same and in month of July I haven't took a single leave.On Aug 6th , 7th and 8th due to abnormal heart condition I again took a leave. They approved my leave on Aug 6th and on Aug 8th they terminated me citing my continuous health issues. Now, my query is in my tenure from April 1st to Aug4th(I am not counting the leave days i.e., Aug 6th to 8th) I worked for 87 days excluding my leaves. Every leave which I took was approved by concerned authority including the one on Aug 6th. Now, they have terminated me without any notice and back dated my last working day as July 31st, though I worked till Aug 5th(Aug 5th being sunday but calculated in pay days). When I am asking about my compensation for these 5 days they initially responded about my leaves and when I replied them with approvals for those,now they are not responding. Also, Can they terminate me without any notice.My offer letter only states that no extra compensation in kisu of notice will be paid if you are terminated during probation, but they are silent about giving a prior notice before termination. Also, what about this 4 days compensation which I am rightfully eligible for. I am confused whether to take this legally or not.Can I claim the compensation for termination without notice? Can I claim the penalty for the delay in the penalty for my work compensation for 5 days (Aug 1dt to Aug5th).Is this legally viable. Can any employee be terminated for health reasons without notice even he is in probation? Hope you understood my problem and will reply
