Property gift deed in Mumbai,Maharashtra.

Hi there! Hope today finds you well. I recently purchased a property in Mumbai, MH. its registered on only my name. Now, I would like to either transfer it to my wife using gift deed or add her name to registration. Not sure what will be a cheaper option to do gift deed or add her name to registration? My understanding is in Maharashtra if I want to do a gift deed it can be done on 500 stamp paper and by paying INR 200 stamp duty. is my understanding correct? I am overseas at the moment how can I get this done from overseas? should I create a gift deed go to Indian consulate and notarized it? if I can notarize the deed at Indian consulate do I need to register in India? and does it has to be on stamp paper? I have a home loan on this property, so after executing gift deed do I need to update bank? I can find out from the bank. but does anyone know if the bank charges anything to add an applicant on existing home loan? can my relative or friend help me to execute gift deed in Indian while I remain overseas? if yes what is the procedure and what documents are required. I don't mind paying for professional service if any lawyer based out of Mumbai can rout to me on [deleted] with details like process and charges that will be great. Thank you, Faheem
