On the basis of notorised document of mutual divorce can court issue divorce decree

I am non muslim and married a muslim guy as per shariat law in 2007 in front of qazi and two witnesses but no nikahnama received at that point of time. Religion conversion happened verbally and this marriage was soleminised with my muslim name given by my ex husband. Things didn't worked out and I was divorced by my husband as per shariat way by pronouncing three times talaq in 2013. No paperwork I have for this too. Then we have made a deed of divorce on basis of mutual consent on 100rs notory stamp paper in which it was clearly mentioned the date we got married and also that he ended the marriage by means of triple talaq and witnesses signature also there on this paper. These papers made with my real name alais my muslim name. Now in 2018 I m planning to get married to person of my own religion who is uk citizen. My question is that does this paper which I am having is enough to get divorce decree from the court for immigration visa purpose. Or do I need to hv sm other paper stating my divorce. Please advise.
