Right to passage denied by the Servient Owner

I am writing on behalf of my mother Smt. Abeda Begum (Age 69 Years), W/O Late. Sri Mohammed Pasha Ali R/O Nalgonda district. She is having a land to an extent of 3.17 acres under survey # 214 & 226 situated in Pamulpahad Village of Madgulapally mandal , Revenue division of Miryalguda, Nalgonda district. 2 ½ were gifted by her father 40 years back purchased from Late. Shri Khaja Moinuddin R/O Pamulapahad village and 0.30 guntas from Nandyala Ram Reddy R/O Pamulapahad village. 3 guntas were sold by Late. Sri Khaja Moinuddin for giving the passage to her agricultural land. A formal document has been written by his elder daughter-in-law (Shahnaz Begum) signed by her husband Sri. Shamshuddin (Elder Son of Late. Sri. Khaja Moinuddin) and Late. Sri Khaja Moinuddin stating that there is no objection for passage. Now, the four (4) sons of Late. Sri. Khaja Moinuddin have denied to give the passage stating that we four brothers have distributed our land and our father has expired. So, no question of passage. Moreover, the allocation of land in new patta passbook is assigned which does not belong to her. The VRO Pamulapahad Sri. Venkataiah is saying that we can assign land other than what is mentioned in the previous patta passbook. Mohammed Yasin Pasha
