Notice period company not willing to accept my early release

Hi, I work with insurance company and have Notice period of 60 days. I have resigned from the company on 31-July-2018 and requested to be relived by 10-Aug-2018. I have written to HR below:I am writing to inform you of my resignation from Business Development Manager at IndiaFirst life, immediate effect.. I am getting married for which I had to resign from my job. As I would not be able to serve further, as I have to move to my hometown Rajouri(J&K) on Aug 1 , 2018 for marriage rituals and customs. I am unable to serve the notice period as the situation is beyond my control. I would request you to please release me with immediate effect. I am willing to pay the amount in lieu of the notice period and can be adjusted in the full and final settlement. I wish you and the company the very best going forward. HR replied me below:- Ref. to your resignation dated 31st July 2018, as communicated, you have a mandatory notice period of 60 days. Your request for early relieving cannot be approved post considering business exigencies. Hence, you are advised to serve mandatory notice period of 60 days by virtue of which your last working day will be 28th Sep 2018. During your notice period, you are advised to religiously execute your responsibilities in a timely manner as per the instructions of your reporting manager. Please note that the company shall be constrained to treat your case as absconding and take appropriate action against you, should you stop reporting before 28th Sep 2018. You shall also not get your relieving letter and the remainder of notice period not served will also be recovered from your full and final settlement.
