Mutual Divorce petition and not willing to agree for mutual separation after filing the petition

Hello Lawyers, I have been married for five years and my husband's family has forced him to file a divorce and i was forced by my extended family to sign the mutual divorce petition since the boy's family was not willing to compromise. However, i am still interested to live with him and would like your guidance on to what to do next. My husband currently lives in the US and would be here only around the final hearing date. The mutual divorce petition was submitted before the family court on July 16th 2018 and the next hearing is scheduled for 20th December 2018.I do not have a lawyer to represent me since boy's family decided everything and they have hired a lawyer to help with this I would like to know the following 1. what if i refrain from appearing before the court on the 20th December 2018, will the MCD be still granted if i do not appear before the family court? 2. What would be the outcome if i appear before the judge and express my interest to continue to live with him and do not want end this marriage? are there any chances that the judge would consider my points? 3. Is it advisable to file a separate petition to withdraw the MCD and if that's advisable how soon should i submit that petition and do i need a lawyer to represent me in that case? The case was filed in the city where my husband's family is settled and i do not want them to know that i have filed a withdrawal petition until the final hearing date. I would really appreciate your professional guidance to get through this
