Parking space

I purchased a ground floor flat in a residential colony. This is a three story building. My flat being on ground floor is Flat No.A and rest two upper floors are numbered as B and C. The catalogue of the colony has shown a separate car parking area for the flat owners. At the time of possession we came to know that builder has constructed a ramp in front of the building having space for three car parking in vertical condition which was very disappointing for us being the owner of the ground floor. Now three car can be parked in front of my flat, one just in front of my gallery and two other at left and right side of my gallery. Now builder of the colony has demarcated three separate car parking space by drawing lines over the ramp area in front of the building. I want to park my car at the center space i.e. in front of my gallery so that I can enjoy my visibility whenever I want by park my car at any other place. But the owner of the first floor also wants to park at the same center place. His contention is if, we put the alphabetical letter for identification of the parking space by marking A,B & C the letter B will be remaining in the center and thus its his right to park his car at that place. As far as I know the "right of easement" of the view from my gallery will be affecting if he park his car infront of my gallery. The owner of the first floor has the right to park his car but the first choice to choose the area shall be mine being the owner of the ground floor. He can park his car at the right or left side as presently the flat at the third floor is not sold and still vacated. He just want to mentally harass us by creating this issue. Please share your views in the light of the legal provisions and also share the legal remedy if builder is also take his side by marking "B" in front of my gallery and thus limit my right of easement. Thanks in advance
