Leave & License Agreement

Dear Sir/Maam, 1. I entered into a Registered Leave & Licence agreement on June 4, 2017 with a Private Limited Company in Vai Mumbai for 11 months for their staff accommodation in my Flat, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. 2. On April 21, 2018 I asked the authorized person by the company in the agreement, if they were interested in renewing the agreement on phone and also on mail. a. On May 1, 2018, the authorized person by the company in the agreement, replied with acceptance of a renewal of the rental arrangement with a 6% increment. 3. On June 2, 2018, the same authorized person by the company in the agreement called me to inform that the company has decided not to renew the agreement. a. He also accepted on mail, that he will pay rent till we find a new customer, but a minimum of 3 months NOTICE PERIOD as per the agreement, which stands renewed as per his mail CONFIRMATION. 4. Thereafter, the people left the premises in July 2018, around mid month, without my knowledge: a. With no rent payment b. MSED (Electricity) pending since the last 3 months c. Water charges unpaid d. Walls damaged and holes made in external walls (for AC Ducts) without my knowledge e. Furniture damaged and broken (A list has been made along with the agreement of the furniture and fixtures in good condition signed by both parties) f. Theft of gas cylinders and kitchen utensils The total pending amount exceeds the deposit by 3 times. Please advise if I should send a notice or do a FIR Regards, Hemesh Shenoy
